Our one (1) bedroom condominium unit can be rented on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis. This unit is located at the ground floor of the Sandpiper Building of the Sea Breeze Verandas in Anvaya Cove, Morong, Bataan.

- Rates are for double-occupancy (or for two adults and two kids below 2yo)
- Maximum unit occupancy is four (4) pax with extra guest fee rate of P762.50/night to be applied on the 3rd and 4th guest
- Check-in time is at 2:00PM; check-out time is at 12:00NN
For Golf Club entry and usage of facilities, different rates apply and reservations are limited to weekdays only. Kindly call us to make a personalized costing according to your requirements.
- For the comfort of all the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be enforced strictly.
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Proper conduct is requested from all guests. This is to ensure endorsing member’s good standing with the Anvaya Cove community.
- In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from playing loud music or creating noise.
- Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only within the rented condo unit.
- Smoking is not allowed in all enclosed areas.
- Please refrain from hanging wet clothes by the veranda. Racks are provided in the bathroom.
- Cooking is allowed & food must be consumed within the rented condo unit. Bringing in of food & beverage in any of the leisure clubs within Anvaya Cove is strictly prohibited.
- Towels & linens will be changed only when necessary and upon request.
- Room inventory items (pillows, blankets, towels, cooking appliances, utensils, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay. Kindly refrain from taking these out.
- Damages incurred during guests stay will be charged to their account.
Reservation and Full Payment Policy
- Downpayment amounting to 50% of the stay must be paid either in cash or check at least two weeks before date of reservation.
- A security deposit of PHP3,000 is required along with the 50% down payment. Security deposit will be refunded two business days after check-out.
- Full payment must be settled at least three days before date of reservation.
- No payment received, no confirmed reservation.
Terms & Conditions
- Any cancellation, revisions or amendment to confirmed booking must be communicated to SUDECO office, necessary fees shall also apply:
- Five days before arrival – No fee
- Two to Four days before arrival – fifty percent (50%) based on unit rate per night
- One day before arrival – full amount based on unit rate per night
- NO-SHOW is charged full amount of the payment made.
